Aims and Objectives

The project aims at providing T&T at VET organizations with understanding and competence in diversification of training based on individual expectations and abilities to manage training content. To achieve this, DE course modules based on learning objects will be developed that will enable VET T&T to apply new didactical and pedagogical approach:

Landscape of European VET teachers and trainers and learner needs analysis
  • Competence assessment and individualization of learning needs
  • Innovative methods and tools in course design
  • Performance of VET teachers and trainers and life long learning facilitators
  • Evaluation and quality assurance of distance VET courses
  • ODL management and segmentation of training processes

In the project, there will be also developed on-line tools for T&T competence assessment and a course support package providing conditions for adaptation of learning material to national and individual learner’s needs, as well as for building learner’s and teacher’s portfolio based on European curriculum for future networking in accreditation of the courses. International certificate developed in the project will contribute to recognition of T&T competences all over Europe.
European partnership will ensure a broad dissemination of individualized learning culture that will assist VET T&T and facilitators in facing challenges of the new learning paradigm through development of new forms of learning and teaching.
