Competence Assessment Model and User Guide

Competence Assessment Model is dedicated to assess different skills and individual learning needs in e-learning. Competence Assessment here is based on FENTO professional competence Standard which describes competences for teachers and trainers necessary to plan, design and deliver e-learning. During the competence assessment, the participants can define their individual learning path in order to gain the knowledge and skills they lack.

After the assessment process, the participants are recommended different learning Units that help in reaching these competences.
 

Competence assessment can be accompanied by a trainer/ teacher or it can be of self-assessment nature. To learn more about this assessment process and the tools developed during EVETE Project, you can see the Viewlet presentation.
